In Salumaio d’Atene we have a love affair with food, quality matters and the sauces accompanying our dishes really make life seem more beautiful.
A small restaurant within a delicatessen, in the beautiful area of Kifissia in Athens, has for the past twelve years been offering inspired dishes using only the purest and finest ingredients.
The recipes are the result of culinary explorations by the owners and their tasting and final approval is a ritual during which every detail counts: how the table is set, how family members and friends gather ‘round it, the ambi- ance created, the tableware used, the wine served. Always with a lively, reju- venated attitude and a spontaneous feeling of joy for life.
With the same love and devotion to quality and detail, Salumaio d’ Atene’s authentic sauces are now being produced by mother company Ionos Gas- tronomia Ltd, to become available throughout the world.
